Glenn and Maureen Connors
Founding Pastors
Maureen and I were married in 1984, and just two years later, our lives were forever
transformed by the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Together, we raised and homeschooled seven
children, pastored for more than 30 years, and had the privilege of walking alongside
scores of individuals and families through seasons of marriage and family crisis.
When we look back over our lives, there is only ONE in whom we boast—and that is Jesus
Christ.
We were rescued by HIS grace, redeemed by HIS blood, restored by HIS mercy, and set on
a journey of faith that has
shaped every part of our lives. Everything we have, everything we have accomplished,
and everything we hope to be is
because of HIM.
Our passion is not simply to see people know about God, but to see people encounter
the living God and be
completely transformed by HIM. We believe the Gospel is not merely information to be
believed; it is the power of God to save, change, and transform a life.By HIS grace, we
continue to proclaim the true Gospel—not a gospel reshaped by culture, softened by
opinion, or distorted to make it more acceptable, but the unchanging Gospel of Jesus
Christ.
As pastors, we believe one of the greatest things we can do is simply live our lives in such
a way that others become hungry to know the God we know. Our desire is that when
people encounter us, they would see less of us, and more of
Christ.
Our story is not about what we have done. It is about what Jesus has done in us—and
what HE alone can do in anyone who surrenders their life to HIM.

Living out Loud leads students to grow in faith, rooted in the unchanging Truths of
God’s Word. We empower them to live out loud by reflecting Christ’s love in their actions,
serving faithfully, showing compassion, and being the light of the world.
Victoria Wright
Worship Leader
Hey, I am Victoria Wright, and I have the pleasure of serving here at THE CHURCH as the worship leader. Over the
years of being a part of worship, I have learned and now know it is more than just singing
songs. It is a life devoted
to the Lord, and He looks at our hearts. He desires us to delight in His presence as much
as He delights in being with us. My goal is to partner with the Holy Spirit to create a safe
place to worship where people can come together in unity. Not out of fear or obligation
but out of love for our Savior. To experience perfect unity in the presence of the Lord.
Terry and Sherry Roe
Greeting Minister & Children’s Minister
Terry and Sherry Roe have been married for 43 years and are blessed with two grown daughters.
Originally from a small town in Michigan, they relocated to Lehigh Acres, Florida, in 2009.
Terry serves in the Greeting Ministry, where he enjoys meeting people as they arrive at church. He loves
making sure everyone feels welcomed and valued.
Sherry serves in the Children’s Ministry and has a loving heart for teaching children about Jesus and
helping them grow in their faith. She is so devoted to bringing the Bible to a practical understanding to
all of her students. They absolutely love her and her creativity.
Together, Terry and Sherry are grateful for the opportunity to serve their church family and share God’s
love with others.
